BioXact offers 20+ years biotech cross-competence expertise and people management skills.
We can:
- Support your business during the idea scouting innovation sessions for developing a new product
- Help to lead cross-disciplinary teams (scientific, IP & Regulatory) and work-out detailed project plans to support the product development
- Give technical support in contacts with customers
- Coach your R&D team to become a high performing core of your business
As a white biotechnology expert I am able to scientifically contribute to and lead an innovation project from idea scouting to prototype development. I offer background knowledge, hands-on experience in a number of biotechnological disciplines, and people management skills to lead a cross-disciplinary scientific team.

My drive is to contribute meaningfully to life; people, health and our planet. I am passionate about finding the right solution to a biotechnology related question and enjoy to work for people and with people!
Before starting my own company in 2017, I worked for over 20 years in the field of biotechnology.
I hold a MSc. from the Comenius University of Bratislava, Slovakia and a Ph.D. from the Wageningen University in the Netherlands. I have then performed Postdoctoral studies at the University of Milan, Italy, and at DSM, Delft, The Netherlands.
The last 14 years I have been working in the DSM Biotechnology Centre in Delft in various R&D functions - among which a Senior and a Lead Scientist Fruit & Beverages and a Biochemical Application Expert Savory. In the last years I fulfilled also the people management function of a Group Lead. I have developed into a biotechnology expert with a cross-disciplinary expertise with a proven ability to lead a project to a successful end. I am sole and co-inventor of number of patents that are the basis of very significant highly profitable turnover.
As a people manager I can create a "Yes we can” attitude in the team, connect to the inter- and external world and motivate a team to perform best.
